Sink into plush brand new sofas as you enjoy a movie night on the large flat screen TV, followed by a sunset swim and marshmallow toasting for the kids. There is also a separate media room – the perfect place for the kids to chill out.
EVA has a well appointed kitchen which is a haven for the culinary enthusiasts. Whip up a delicious feast in the kitchen or outside at the BBQ area & enjoy a meal overlooking the pool, lush garden & nature.
If outdoor dining is more your style, take advantage of the alfresco area lounge, perfect for enjoying sunset drinks or meals under the stars.
EVA has 4 x beautifully decorated bedrooms, each offering a serene ambiance & comfortable bedding. EVA enjoys all new furniture linen and decor.
The Master Suite with King bed is located at the end of the house & offers an open bathroom with huge sunken bathtub, a WIR & doors which open up to the outside.
The other 3 bedrooms all have a Queen beds & lovely outlook onto the garden through each window. The main bathroom has a large sunken bath tub & walk in shower.
The highlight of EVA is undoubtedly the expansive outdoor space (1.5 acres). Take a dip (or do some laps) in the large sparkling double lane pool, surrounded by tropical trees & lounges for ultimate relaxation.
For those looking to stay active during their holiday, the large shed contains a fully equipped gym (along with table tennis for the kids) which makes this the perfect accommodation for health retreats or well balanced holidays (there is also a study for catching up on some work).
