- NOTE: While the wood-burning stove in the living room is operable, the 2nd stove in the bedroom suite is not available for guest use
- NOTE: Wood is not provided for the wood-burning stove; it is recommended that you supply your own
- NOTE: Wildlife may be present; please do not interact with or harm them
- NOTE: The property is secluded, 1,700 feet above sea level, and located on a 4-mile dirt road. If you are scared of heights you may get nervous on the 1/2 mile, 16-foot wide, county and fireman-approved permitted concrete driveway that switches backs up my mountain. The property is located behind 2 locked gates (1 automated and 1 manual). It is highly recommended to arrive in the daylight for the first time. The airport, beaches, and downtown area are about 1 hour away
