Located in the scenic village of Overton, Marrion House is a welcoming holiday home with plenty of homely features. Sleeping up to four guests, it’s the perfect peaceful retreat for couples, families and small groups of friends. Found between the coastal town of Morecambe and the historic city of Lancaster, you’ll be ideally placed to explore picturesque towns, villages and countryside. Marrion House has a bright and spacious open plan living and dining area. The perfect spot to unwind with your loved ones, you can cosy up on the large sofa and turn on the flat screen TV to watch your favourite shows. The dining area includes a wooden table and four chairs. Traditional in style, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware so you can prepare meals easily. The bungalow has two comfortable bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a great night’s sleep. The master bedroom is home to a double bed, while the second bedroom is a twin. There is ample storage space for your belongings with wardrobes and drawers. Head to the family bathroom and you’ll find a clean, modern space with a corner walk-in shower, WC and basin. Marrion House boasts an outdoor space in the form of a south-facing paved area. With a dining table and chairs, the garden is an added bonus that is ideal for morning coffees, evening tipples and al fresco dining. Property Manager are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Marrion House are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check in. Private on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles. A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Marrion House per reservation. The closest train station to Overton can be found in Morecambe. From here, there are direct routes to Bingley, Carnforth, Keighley, Lancaster, Leeds, Shipley and Skipton. One bus route can be found running through Overton. Hop on the 5 to visit Morecambe and Carnforth, along with a number of surrounding villages. The closest airport to Overton is Leeds Bradford International, 64 miles away.
