It is located in a family friendly neighborhood, and just minutes from the crystal clear emerald waters and white sands of Navarre Beach. Inside, you’ll enjoy the wide open floor plan with the huge living room that opens to the dining area and modern kitchen. There is a huge smart TV with YouTube TV provided for live TV. There is luxury vinyl plank throughout the main living area and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle anything your family needs for meals during your vacation. There are two bedrooms on the front of the house that share an updated full bathroom. The primary king suite is on the backside of the home and overlooks the gorgeous pool and back yard. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles with the double driveway and garage. Bring along your bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, or beach gear and store them in the garage. The garage can also fit one smaller vehicle. There is a propane grill out back for summer barbecues. Bring your furry pups along on your trip since it is also dog friendly! This home can accommodate 2 dogs. There is a non refundable $100 pet fee for each dog. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. We reserve the right to restrict size and/or quantities of dogs. Any dogs on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay. The home is located just a short 3 miles from the famous Navarre pier, the longest pier in Florida! Parking is plentiful and FREE at Navarre Beach Marine Park - steps from the beautiful white sand.
