Experience authentic Vermont charm in this historic home, dating back to 1850. Nestled on nearly 4 acres in Killington, it’s perfect for families. Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, screened porch, front deck, and fire pit. Enjoy shuffleboard, foosball and lots of games. Plus, a Tesla EV Charger is included for your convenience.
The home is surrounded by private gardens in the summer, beautiful foliage in the fall, a snowy forest wonderland in the winter, and spring flowers. As you walk in, you will feel the love of the generations of families who have called this Killington house their home. At the heart of the home is the kitchen with soap stone counters and a farmhouse sink overlooking incredible views. And one side of the kitchen is a charming Butler’s pantry with many unique antiques to discover. On the other side is a gorgeous tiger maple table surrounded by antique chairs that will allow you to make memories over your meals. Nearby is the living room with a fireplace and plenty of room to relax and connect with friends and family. There is a spacious master suite with a king bed, a bonus room including a desk with a printer, and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms and an additional bathroom. There is also a wing of the home for families to connect over games, movies, air hockey, and from school. Above the family room is a charming loft with three single beds. In the loft there is a sweet antique doll house as well as a keyboard for budding musicians.
All bedrooms and living room have AC for the summer and the pool is not heated, but the hot tub is. The pool will be open starting Memorial Day Weekend.
