Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • - Our floors are original from 1850, please do not wear a ski boots or a pointy shoes inside the home.
  • - Please cover the hot tub and pool when not in use. You acknowledge that use of the hot tub or pool is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using them. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury or other harm arising from or associated with use of the hot tub or pool and hold the owner and manager harmless.
  • - The loft (should you choose to use it) is accessed via attached spiral staircase. In renting this house, you agree to hold the owner harmless for any injury or other harm resulting from the use of the spiral staircase and loft.
  • - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
  • - Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
