Our amazing apartment it’s located in the historical downtown area or Porto, on the oposite side from Palácio da Bolsa (The Stock Exchange Palace). This building was recently fully renovated and preserved its original façade.
The apartment it’s modern and with unbeatable views to the historical Square Infante D. Henrique that houses the Palácio da Bolsa, market Ferreira borges and the streets leading to Ribeira.
The apartment accommodates up to 2 people and has all amenities needed for you to feel at home.
We can provide a baby cot upon request.
We will arrange a meeting time with you to welcome you in the building or, at times, we may give you self check-in instructions.
The best way to visit and live this area is walking. Although it’s a difficult area to park or for persons with walking difficulties, in another way it’s an amazing location near everyhwere.

Around here you will find many shops, cafes and restaurants where you can try local delicacies or indulge in fine cuisine.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
