Property Manager is pleased to present Connaught House, A spacious two-bedroom apartment in Tenby, one of Wales’s top seaside towns. Connaught House has lovely Georgian period features of ornate coving and vaulted ceilings, a roomy central abode to plan your seaside adventures!
Situated opposite Tenby train station, enjoy hassle free train trips to nearby towns and villages in Pembrokeshire and marvel at the unique charm each one has to offer. The award-winning Tenby South beach is a ten-minute walk from the apartment, a huge stretch of golden sand to play, stroll, paddle and swim. Saltys Beach Bar and Restaurant is in prime position to eat and drink whilst watching the kite surfers skim over the waves against the setting sun. Tenby is bursting with activities to do, a rich history to explore and a wonderful array of shops, cafes and bars to indulge in. Fill your days with fun, enjoy ice creams on the esplanade, fish and chips on Castle Hill and take in the breathtaking views on the coastal walks. Also be sure to visit the many attractions that Pembrokeshire has to offer.
Enter the apartment into the hallway, coat hooks and shoe storage are supplied for your use. Split over two levels, the stairs in front of you lead to the toilet, bedrooms and the bathroom. On the ground level to the right is the kitchen/ dining area leading onto the living room.
Kitchen/diner: Ample cupboard space for your supplies, the kitchen is set up for your self catering holiday, including appliances such as an oven, washing machine, upright fridge freezer, dining table and seating for five people.
Living room: A large spacious lounge with comfortable seating and large smart TV. After a busy day exploring, you and your loved ones can relax and recuperate for another day out and about in Pembrokeshire!
Midway between the two staircases to the bedrooms is the toilet, washbasin and mirror.
Bathroom: Corner bath with shower over, lots of storage under the washbasin for toiletries, heated towel rail and mirrors. No toilet in this bathroom.
Bedroom 1: A spacious family room, king size bed and a single bed, fireplace, high ceilings, chest of drawers for clothes and a sofa in front of the bay window.
Bedroom 2: Another large room, king size bed, high ceilings ample storage for belongings and large wardrobe with full length mirror.
The train station car park has pay and display parking which is convenient for parking your car as there is no allocated parking for this property. There are other pay and display car parks available in Tenby.
