Located within the exclusive gated community of Arrowhead, this six-bedroom home is surrounded by towering aspen trees and pairs the warmth of a classic alpine lodge with contemporary mountain luxury, making it an ideal escape for guests seeking both privacy and proximity to the trails. Natural light floods the great room and as you enter you’re met with soaring ceilings, impressive wood beams and large picture windows that frame the peaks. A grand stone fireplace is the centerpiece of the main living space where guests can sink into the plush seating. The living area flows into the open-concept kitchen and dining area make entertaining a pleasure. A large island anchors the gourmet kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole group. A breakfast bar seats three for casual bites, while the dining table invites eight guests to linger over dinner and stories from the slopes. Guests can also retreat to a cozy sitting area with a TV and fireplace off the kitchen. Bearberry Lodge’s outdoor living space is just as spectacular as the inside. Guests can enjoy the views and fresh mountain air on the main level’s wrap-around deck with plenty of seating and a gas grill. The home’s lower level features a patio with a private hot tub and outdoor dining table for eight guests. A few steps down, guests will be completely surrounded by nature as they settle into a circle of Adirondack chairs around a gas firepit. If you’re not outside enjoying a soak in the hot tub or enjoying drinks around the firepit, your crew can be challenging each other for a game of pool or watching movies in on the big screen TV in the family room. The home’s six bedrooms provide restful retreats for every member of your group, with a layout designed for comfort and privacy across multiple levels. The primary suite on main level has a big screen TV and French doors out to the main deck. Guests can pamper themselves in the spacious ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, large soaking tub and glass shower. Ascend to the upper levels and you’ll first come to a landing that is open to the main living area below. It’s the perfect spot for reading or catching up on some work and the desk. A king bedroom sits just off the landing and features an ensuite bath with a shower and single vanity. Up a few more stairs and the kids in your group will delight in having their own space – a spacious room with vaulted ceilings and four twins and one king bed. There are cozy chairs in the sitting area with a big screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a tub/shower combo and single vanity. Additional amenities include a laundry room and parking for two vehicles in the driveway. SKI ACCESS Bearberry Lodge has exclusive access to a ski-in, ski-out cabin with ski lockers. To access the cabin, you can walk approximately 200 feet from the home or drive and leave your car for the day. Please note parking is limited. Ski access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations. SHUTTLE For winter service within the Arrowhead Community, you can book rides through Village Connect App. Service is available from 07:30am – 5:30pm during ski season. The shuttle will pick up at residences and drop off at the Alpine Club Circle. GUEST SERVICES The property manager has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services. IN HOME AMENITIES All properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
