Perched on Beech Mountain, this pet-friendly mountain house stands as a testament to both comfort and natural beauty. Greeted by the first light of day, the deck provides unparalleled sunrise views, inviting you to savor the serenity of the surrounding landscape. Stepping inside, the living room welcomes with the warmth of a gas fireplace and large screen TV. There is a dining table for six and four seats at the island, creating an inviting space for gatherings. The granite island in the kitchen is a focal point, blending style with functionality.
The main level boasts a regal king suite, complete with an updated tiled shower and a luxurious soaking tub, offering a retreat for relaxation and indulgence. Ascending to the lower level reveals a second king suite, a third king bedroom, and a bunkroom adorned with two sets of twin over twin beds. Each space is thoughtfully designed for both privacy and communal enjoyment.
Entertainment takes center stage in the lower-level game room, where guests can unwind amidst ample seating, a television, and classic games like pool and shuffleboard. It’s a space that seamlessly combines recreation with relaxation, catering to a variety of interests. Additionally, the attached garage is set as a second game space with air hockey and seating. Storage is provided for skis or snowboards for those returning from the resorts!
For those seeking additional amenities, guests have the option to purchase a temporary membership to the prestigious Beech Mountain Club. Guests will have access (with payment of a transfer fee) to Beech Mountain Club’s private ski lodge and parking lot adjacent to Beech Mountain Resort’s ski slopes. After a thrilling day of skiing, snowboarding, sledding, hiking and snowshoeing, members can enjoy the cozy and convenient dining options at the lodge away from the bustling crowds on the public slopes.
Whether basking in the beauty of the sunrise, enjoying the warmth of the fireplace, or engaging in friendly competition in the game room, this Beech Mountain house promises a memorable and delightful escape into the heart of nature.
Additional Notes and Rules:
• All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided.
• Parking space for up to 3 vehicles
• Check in is after 4pm
• Checkout by 10am
• Pet rent is not included in the quoted price. This home allows up to 2 mature dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
• The Raven offers a whole-house generator in case of loss of power.
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains are required to access the town of Beech Mountain in times of snow or ice. The driveway to the home is short and level. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• There is one exterior security camera overlooking the driveway.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
