Ski down to Eagle Lodge on the Bridges ski trail, or take a stroll down to Lake Mary road to access the Lakes basin, The Village and shuttle access. The property features wood floors throughout, a cozy wood burning stove in the living room with vaulted ceilings and access to the balcony to soak up those exquisite views. With a large comfortable sectional, you can all cozy up in front of the fire or enjoy the large 65" Smart flatscreen TV with DVD player and Cable. A separate dining area offers seating for 6-8 with additional bar seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. This open floorplan kitchen, living and dining area makes entertaining and family time even more special. The fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances has everything you need to prepare meals. The balcony offers outdoor seating and a private BBQ grill to enjoy. On the lower level of this two story townhome are the main 3 bedroom suites. The primary suite offers a Cal King bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second master offers a Cal King bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom offers a King bed and flatscreen TV, with access to a shared full bathroom in the hallway with tub/shower combo. On the upper level is the open plan loft, a haven for the kiddos! The loft features a set of bunk beds with twin over twin, and an additional twin and double bed. A private laundry room with a side by side washer/dryer checks off all the amenities you would need. Complimentary WiFi is offered. The community hot tub and Sauna is located within the building, as well as the convenience of covered, underground parking with 2 designated parking spots (clearance 6’ 10"). This property is one of only a few TRUE ski-in, ski-out locations in Mammoth and is located on the third floor with elevator access. The property also comes with a private ski locker to store all of your equipment. If you are traveling with littles, feel free to request a travel crib/pack-n-play from us and we will make sure it is in the unit for your arrival. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates, cycle studio, trampoline room and more.
