Lovely renovated apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a modern building on the edge of the ancient city walls; which we can still find traces of looking at the ancient gate dating back to 1285.

Introduced by a convenient hallway, we enter directly into the living area distributed in a single room. Enlighted by 2 large windows we find an elegant fully equipped kitchen with a lovely dining table with 4 seats. Shares the space a living area made of a comfortable double sofa bed, a smoking table and an elegantly designed armchair.
The area has also has a convenient half bath. The apartment is also provided with a laundry corner with a washer and dryer.
The sleeping area consists of two large double bedrooms, both with a contemporary look and each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.
