This tidy ground-level condo features 1 spacious bedroom and 1 well-appointed bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Whether you’re looking to soak up the sun on the nearby beach, enjoy the community amenities, or simply unwind in a cozy setting, this condo serves as the perfect base for your next vacation. Sleeping Arrangements BEDROOM: - 2 Queen-sized Bed - Flat-screen TV with cable service - Nightstands and lamps - Closet for storage (excluding owner’s closet) BATHROOM: - Shower/tub combo - Fresh linens and bath towels provided Chef’s Kitchen: - Fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware - Coffee maker Living Room: - Flat-screen TV with cable - Cozy seating area - Open layout with easy access to kitchen and dining Winter Texan Rate: November - March 1 at $1,200 monthly plus fees Guests have access to the entire condo, except for the owner’s closet. The community amenities, including the pool, BBQ area, and sports courts, are available for use. By Car: Renting a car is the most convenient way to explore Port Aransas. Attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas are within a short drive. Rideshare Services: Uber and Lyft are available for a hassle-free alternative to driving. Location is Golf Cart Friendly! "PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY, CANCELLATION POLICY WILL APPLY" STR-200015416 - Check-in is at 4pm - Check-out is at 10am - No parties allowed - violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. - Parking in the driveway for 2 cars max. They have one assigned parking spot and then the second vehicle can park in any unmarked parking area. They must have the parking passes provided. - If you’re interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. (Sand Key properties only: Winter Texan Rate: November - March 1 at $1,200 monthly plus fees.) - Smoking is not allowed. - Self catering - all of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay. - There is always work going on in Port Aransas, so we cannot promise that you won’t hear about or see building, construction, or community improvement projects and activities while you are there. - Please keep in mind that since you are on an island, there may be a lot of mosquitoes and other pests at certain seasons of the year. Every month, a professional pest control agency treats our properties. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: - Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. - Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. - Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
