Woodhaven Beach Club is a brand new 2 bedroom 1 bath freestanding home that has been tastefully decorated and is an inviting retreat for your group. This property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a Master bedroom boasting a king bed and a guest room with full over full bunk beds. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs and the kitchen has plenty of counter space to prepare your favorite meal. 2 Night Minimum, 3 night minimum during peak times (Summer, Spring Break, Sandfest) Pets are allowed. 2 pets max. There is a large flat screen tv in the living area and both bedrooms also have their own flat screens for your viewing pleasure. The community pool area is located at the front of the complex right along 11th street which makes for great people watching. There are actually two pools-one for small children and one for older children and adults. You can’t beat the location of these bungalows as you are a short golf cart ride to the beach. You can even take a stroll down 11th to Anchor Drive or Sandcastle Drive if you would like to walk. This unit has a washer dryer for your use as well as wireless internet. There is parking here for 3 standard size vehicles or 2 plus a boat! Please look at photos for reference and check with management regarding boat size. Winter Texans - this property is available from January through February. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won’t need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy. INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker. SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay. SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
