Comfort and style, bright apartment for two people located in a typical Florentine building on the second floor without lift. The apartment consists of a large open space with a living area with TV, a comfortable sofa, and a fully equipped kitchenette, a complete bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and an ’urban’ style fireplace which gives a touch of romance. The apartment is located near Piazza del Carmine and Piazza Tasso, in an extremely quiet spot but close to the Piazza Santo Spirito district which is today considered a neighborhood full of restaurants, shops, suitable for residents and tourists, with many attractions for nightlife, 5 minutes walk from Piazza Pitti and 10 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is located in the Limited Traffic Zone and it is recommended to park the car in a private garage nearby. Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required . As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests’ identification details .
