A Few Helpful Notes Before You Book By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Residential Building The apartment is located in a privately owned residential building and is part of a local community. We kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors, shared areas, building rules, and designated quiet hours. As the apartments are individually owned, maintenance or renovation work may occasionally take place in neighboring properties. Such activities are outside the host’s control, provided they are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. While we will always do our best to assist, the host cannot accept responsibility for noise or lawful work taking place in other apartments or common areas. 2. Mandatory Guest Registration Bulgarian tourism regulations require accommodation providers to register all guests with the relevant authorities. After your booking is confirmed, you will therefore be asked to provide the personal information required for this official registration. Your information will be collected and used solely for the legally required reporting process. 3. Invoices An invoice can be issued upon request. If you require one, please send the complete personal or company billing details before checkout. 4. Central Heating The apartment’s space heating is supplied through Sofia’s central heating system and is operated by Toplofikaciya Sofia EAD. The host cannot independently determine when the citywide heating season begins or ends. Activation and shutdown depend on outdoor temperatures, weather forecasts, and the supplier’s official schedule. Central space heating is normally unavailable during the warmer months, and the host cannot accept responsibility for supplier-related delays or temporary temperature fluctuations. 5. Parking The apartment is located in central Sofia, where street parking is regulated, paid, and subject to availability. No free or reserved parking space is included with the accommodation. Depending on the street, parking may fall within Sofia’s Blue or Green Zone. The usual maximum stay is up to 2 hours in the Blue Zone and up to 4 hours in the Green Zone. Guests should always follow the current street signs, payment instructions, operating hours, and local restrictions. Guests park entirely at their own responsibility and must ensure that the vehicle is legally parked and does not occupy disabled, reserved, loading, or otherwise restricted spaces. Any parking fees, fines, towing charges, or related penalties remain the guest’s responsibility. Upon request, we will be happy to suggest nearby parking options. However, we cannot guarantee their availability or pricing and are unable to reimburse parking-related expenses.
