Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. Check-In Time: Guests must check in at 15:00. Early check-in may be available for a fee of 30 EUR, subject to availability and confirmation on the day of arrival.
- 2. Check-Out Time: Guests must check out by 11:00. Late check-out may be arranged for a fee of 30 EUR, subject to availability and confirmation on the departure day.
- 3. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, quiet hours must be observed from 22:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.
- 4. No Pets: Pets are not allowed within the property at any time.
- 5. Guests Limitation: Only individuals listed in the booking are allowed to stay at the property. No additional guests are permitted.
- 6. Residential Respect: The property is located in a residential area. Guests must be considerate and avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- 7. Maintenance and Cleaning: Our responsibility is limited to the maintenance and cleaning of the apartment. Issues related to the building itself are not under our control.
- 8. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A designated smoking area may be provided outside.
- 9. Damage Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately.
- 10. Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at check-in. It will be refunded at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
- 11. Cleaning Fee: A mandatory cleaning fee is applied to each booking to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for each guest.
- 12. Garbage Disposal: Guests are required to dispose of their garbage regularly and especially at the end of their stay, in designated disposal areas.
- 13. Parking: If parking is provided, guests must use only the designated parking space(s) and follow any parking regulations.
- 14. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- 15. Key Return: Guests must return all keys at check-out. A fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys.
- 16. Internet Use: Free Wi-Fi is provided for guests. Illegal downloading or any activity that violates local laws is strictly prohibited.
- 17. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The property management is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
- 18. Property Rules: Guests must comply with all property rules provided upon check-in and any posted within the property.
- 19. Emergency Contact: Guests will be provided with an emergency contact number for any urgent issues related to the property during their stay.
- 20. Legal Compliance: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay, including noise ordinances and occupancy limits.
