The Home
Villa Altea Gales was built in 2019 in the Bauhaus style and is situated in an absolutely privileged location in Altea-Hills.
The entire residential complex is an arial in the hills of Altea, secured by security, with a dreamlike view of the sea, the mountains and the villages of the Costa Blanca.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons.
Two self-sufficient living units (own kitchen, own bathrooms, own terrace) connected by a lift (and stairs) can be used by 4 persons each (2 bedrooms each).
The ground floor is the "Belle Etage", where you will also find the 10-metre long heated infinity pool.
The villa is luxuriously furnished. From the furniture (brands such as Lago, Bretz, Conmoto, etc.) to the utensils such as bed linen, towels, crockery, pots/pans (Joop, WMF; Rosenthal, etc.), the villa is nobly equipped throughout.
Of course, all rooms are air-conditioned.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Entering the accommodation
- Clients must arrive at the agency Property Manager S.L, Carrer Serra del Reclot,41; 03530 La Nucia Monday to Sunday* between 4pm and 8pm. If it is not possible for
- You to arrive between these times, please contact our offices. You must pay a supplement of
- €55 in cash on arrival if entering after 8pm untill 12:00 Pm or Sundays* or official partydays. A member of staff will accompany you to your
- Holiday home.
- Leaving the accommodation
- Clients must leave the accommodation before 10am, leaving it in the same state as they found
- It, clean, tidy and without accumulated rubbish.
- Guarantee deposit
- On receiving the keys, clients will leave a deposit of €500 to €1000, depending on the type of
- Home. This amount will be used as a guarantee of the proper use of the home, the
- Conservation of the furniture, items and leaving conditions.
- The value of this deposit will be specified on the booking form, and will never be debited
- Except in cases of non-compliance with our terms and conditions.
- Clients must notify the agency of any problems in the home within the first 48 hours of stay,
- With the aim of solving the problem as quickly as possible. If the client does not do so, he/she
- Is accepting that the home is in perfect conditions.
- Final cleaning
- Final cleaning is mandatory and will be paid for in cash at the time the keys are handed over.
- This amount will be specified in the booking form.
- Additional facilities
- Extra bed €85 per week plus VAT
- Extra cod €35 per week plus VAT
- Extra baby chair €35 per weekplus VAT
- Pets €60 per booking on demandplus VAT
- Supplementary cleaning €15 per hour + vat
- Conditions of use
- The maximum capacity of the home must be respected. If clients fail to do so, Property Manager S.L.
- Reserves the right to cancel the contract immediately. Children are considered as full adults.
- Pets are not allowed except in certain cases.
- Rubbish shall be deposited in bags in the containers nearest to you for your use.
- Gas. Clients should notify us when the supply has finished in order for us to provide you with a
- Replacement as quickly as possible.
- Noise. Clients should not make excessive noise after midnight.
- Water is a scarce resource. Please help us not to waste it.
- Non-compliance with the leaving conditions and conditions of use will lead to the
- loss of the guarantee deposit.
