This stunning home is located in a sought-after neighborhood that is close to the popular Scottsdale attractions Kierland and the Quarter where you can enjoy a multitude of restaurants, shopping and more!
This two-story home offers a spacious 3,200 square feet, six bedrooms and three bathrooms to sleep up to 18 guests — perfect for larger groups.
You’ll enter the property via the front door and will be greeted by the front pool table and game room with a Smart TV and bar area. Then you will take a few steps into the main great room, with the living room, kitchen and dining areas.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings including couches and accent chairs, a Smart TV, decorative fireplace (non-operational). This room has an open ambiance with lots of natural light and high ceilings.
Kitchen: The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass-top electric range, and an island bar with seating for four. There’s also a convenient desk area.
Dining Room: The dining room has seating for eight guests. This area offers access to the patio spaces.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (main level) — King size bed, Smart TV, and the ensuite bathroom offers two vanity areas, spacious tile shower and a separate soaking tub. There is access to the backyard from the master bathroom as well.

Bedroom 3/bunk room (main level) — Twin-over-twin bunk bed, full-over-full bunk bed, Smart TV.

There are shared bathrooms on the main and upper level, each with a walk-in shower.
Outdoor patio spaces
The outdoor areas are not to be missed. There’s a pool and an above ground hot tub. Enjoy the putting green, bocce ball court and other yard games. Have a grilled favorite on the built-in BBQ grill. Gather around the fireplace with seating for some conversation and enjoy the views.
Pool: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $100 per day. During unpredictably cold weather, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
