Centrally located in the heart of Scottsdale in a quiet neighborhood, Scottsdale Cactus Glen is close to many attractions including Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons, Fashion Square, and the Scottsdale Waterfront, plus many of the area’s golf destinations and hiking!
This single-level home is spacious, offering 2,348 square feet, four bedrooms, and two and a half baths to easily sleep up to eight guests.
From the front door entry, you’ll step into the front living room, and then the open floor plan of the second living room in the main great room that also offers the kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: This large room offers two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV.
Second Living Room: This space offers accent seating, a Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace (non-operational).
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, pot filler over the cooktop, and a convenient coffee bar area. You’ll also enjoy a kitchen island with bar seating for two.
Dining Area: The dining area has a table and seating for eight guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom— King size bed, Smart TV, decorative fireplace, a desk area, and access to the back yard. The private bathroom has double sinks and a large walk-in shower.

Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The private and serene backyard offers lots of Arizona-style amenities including a private pool, an above-ground hot tub, and a propane fire pit with seating. You’ll also enjoy an outdoor patio with seating and a Smart TV. Enjoy dining outside with the patio dining table and propane BBQ. Take in some relaxation in the hammock or enjoy some outdoor games in the grassy area. There’s also a ping-pong table in the garage.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $110 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
