Any unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction. - Home is around the corner from the Lyceum Lawn and the middle of Seaside with lots of shopping and dining options - 150 Yards to the West Side Pool, with towel service and heated during cooler months (subject to change by the neighborhood) - Parking for 2 vehicles.
