Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,All Guests must comply with house rules. Not doing so will result in additional deep cleaning fees, loss of deposit and possible eviction.
  • 1. Maximum Overnight Occupancy is 6 people. Please make sure you enter the proper number of guests at booking.
  • 2. Except for families with children, all guests must be at least 25 years old with photo ID proof of age.
  • 3. Pets are not allowed.
  • 4. Only members of the guest party can occupy the house overnight; no overnight visitors are allowed. Daytime visitors must be disclosed in advance, and small gatherings with non-overnight guests require pre-approval, deposit, and additional contract.
  • 5. No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony. Smoking is allowed outside. Please use proper receptacles to dispose of cigarettes and never throw them in the yard.
  • 6. Decorations must be taken down without damaging walls. Use only paint-safe tape: no tacks, nails, or glue dots. Please NEVER attach anything to the exterior walls of the home.
  • 7. Do not use confetti or glitter indoors or out.
  • Important information to note:
  • - All guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement.
  • - To ensure your safety, proper access to the home and guest features, ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival and notify Portoro with any questions.
  • - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
  • - Check out considerations will be sent the day before departure.
  • - We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or checkout late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one-hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check-in or late checkout is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
  • - Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F1, etc, are non-refundable.
