This part of Perdido Key offers lots of undeveloped park land and public beach accesses, with a throwback feel for how beautifully barren Florida beaches were back in the day. Less crowded, lots of nature and occasionally a feeling of having the beach all to yourself.
Want to feel like you are away from it all, but still conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and attractions? This lovely townhome sleeps 10 with the comfortable sleeper sofas on the main floor. It offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a quirky, fun loft for teenagers. The primary bedroom has a plush King sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. It walks out onto a balcony looking East for beautiful sunrises. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
