This newly built and professionally designed home offers an incredible custom heated pool with a hot tub... along with fountains and lighting- allowing the pool days to last a little longer! Walking into the home, you’ll be in awe of the beautiful views, lighting, and furnishings. The kitchen is fit for a chef with high-end Wolf and Thermador appliances and all of the gadgets and small appliances we love to spoil our guests with - Kitchenaid Stand Mixer, Ninja Blender, Ninja Air Fryer, Keurig and regular coffee maker, and so so much more! The main floor also features an office, spacious living room, formal dining area, primary suite, and an entire secondary suite with a kitchenette! Every room is perfectly designed to encompass the breathtaking views and nature surrounding you while providing high-end touches and designer brands. We will let you decide what the show-stopping piece of this home is. Still, the primary ensuite bathroom is a jaw-dropper with a beautiful stand-alone tub and a massive walk-in shower. We should also mention that the closet connects to the laundry room and kitchen (hide and seek, anyone??)! *** No dock at this property. However, there are marinas and boat ramps nearby. Sleeping arrangements - 1st Floor Primary Suite - (1) King: En-suite bathroom Secondary Primary Suite - (1) King: En-suite bathroom The upper level... you’re on vacation, so why not maximize the fun?! The media room with mechanical loungers is an excellent place to start, or enjoy the game room with poker, foosball, shuffleboard, and more fun surprises! The three bedrooms also have their own bathrooms- all with soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and plush towels! Take your pick of the "Cowboy Room" (two queens), "Bunk Room" (two full-sized bunks), or our "Chic Cowgirl" room (king)... they all have smart TVs! Sleeping arrangements - 2nd Floor Texas Room - (2) Queens: Shared-space Bathroom Bunk Room - (2) Full-over-Full size bunk beds: En-suite Bathroom "Girly" Room - (1) King: En-suite Bathroom Going outside the beautifully manicured home, you will have plenty of space for lying by the pool, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, dining, and many seating spaces to soak in the surrounding views. There is a fabulous private path down to the lake, shaded by many native trees and gorgeously lit at night. The path can be steep in certain areas and is uphill the entire way back up. Proper shoes are necessary and may not be fit for anyone that is physically challenged. The pool can be heated for an additional fee with a two-day minimum. This will be collected separately after you book if you choose to heat the pool. Every Property Manager home has plush bedding, white linens, and fluffy towels. Our kitchens are fully equipped, and we put every effort into considering your comfort and enjoyment. On top of this amazing house, you get a fantastic experience from start to finish when you book with us. We have an incredible team you can call, email, and even TEXT(!!), who regularly get called out by name in our homes’ reviews. Our emergency line may be reached 24/7. Please note that prior to your stay, all guests will be required to complete an HOA registration form. This includes providing the names of all guests, vehicle details, and signatures for anyone over 18. This step is necessary for community access and ensures a smooth and secure stay. *** Exterior surveillance cameras (sound and video) are present. These cameras do not face the interior of the home*** *** Quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am *** NO Pets - The homeowner has severe allergies. If a pet is found, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged for specialized cleaning *** No parties or gatherings without prior approval and written consent *** The Hollows Community requires additional documents to be signed by overnight guests, which may include but are not limited to ID requirements. You will be provided with all documents after booking. Property Damage Protection Our coverage, included in your rental rate, safeguards you against accidental damages up to $1500, ensuring your relaxation and enjoyment during your stay. 24hr check-in and no keys! You get your very own door code that will only work for the duration of your stay. We are just a call, text, or email away! While we are not on-premises, we will have someone available to you if needed for issues or emergencies that may come up.
