Ideal for families, business stays and romantic getaways! Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus are in asking distance. The town house is has a unique historical feel, is accessed from the street level and made you feel like you are transported back to the old London of Tudors.
The space
This home is a throwback to the West End of the 70’s and 80’s. Voguish furniture and a historical appearance gives it a dated vibe, though modern appliances bring it into the modern day. For those of you who love the old-school style of London, this is the perfect place.

HOME TRUTHS:
- The third bedroom has a single bed, best suited to young adults or children.
- The home has a very dated appearance, yet it’s fitted with modern furnishings and equipment
LOCATION - You’re only a couple of minutes walk to the underground station
LONGER STAYS - For bookings 14 days or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning session will be arranged for you. This service is necessary as we’ve found that it helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of longer bookings. Please get in touch with us before proceeding if you do not agree to this, as you may be required to pay an additional cleaning deposit that will be refunded to you after the check out inspection by our housekeeper.
REVIEWS - If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
ID - In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, prior to arrival, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference and their passport/identity card/driving license. Above information may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 16; we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.
INSTANT BOOK GUESTS - If you are under 24, come from London and in a group please contact us first. You will also be required to present your passport at check-in.
MAIN BOOKER - Where the person making the booking is different to the guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for damages or house rules being broken.
NUMBER OF GUESTS - Please check that you are booking for the correct number of guests staying. This information will be passed onto our housekeeper who will make sure that the beds are set up correctly with the correct amount of linen and towels for each person staying.
EARLY CHECK-IN - We are happy to arrange a free early check-in after or around our check out time, as long as there are no guests checking-out on the day of your arrival. Subject to availability.
A GUARANTEED EARLY CHECK-IN before check-out time can be arranged for an extra charge of 60% of the night rate. Subject to availability.
LATE CHECK OUT - On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11AM. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to charge a late check out fee (60% of an additional night’s stay). Late check-outs can be requested in advance but are subject to availability and may be charged at 60% of the nightly rate.
BABY COT:
- A baby travel cot (also known as a ’pack and play’) and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.
- Please note - the travel cot mattress that comes with it is thin, as most travel cots are. We follow the Lullaby Trust’s advice not to put any added mattress or padding into the travel cot for the child’s safety.
- We do not supply baby bedding for the travel cot.
LONDON LIVING - London is constantly developing, therefore, some building works can occur from time to time in the local area, which can cause some noise during working hours 8am-5pm
