This spacious and custom built 5 bedroom 5.5 bath beach house is conveniently located directly across from the public access with views of both the ocean and creek. Each bedroom features private bathrooms. Both the main and top level floors include wet bars for the convenience of the guests.
Beautiful wrap around porches; screened and open, provide unrivaled views with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. The expansive porches are signature spaces of this home and are accessible from most rooms of the house. Recently updated kitchen is equipped with gas range, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and ample counter space.
A double enclosed outside shower with both hot/cold water; fish sink, and charcoal grill are additional amenities for the benefit of the guests. Horseshoe Pits and benches have been added for some extra fun, competitive banter, and social gathering amongst the family.
