Pacifico L815 is a stunning three-bedroom unit with spectacular mountain views perched on the third floor of Pacifico, a high-end condominium community near Playas del Coco.

This luxe condo features a spacious, open-concept floor plan with a living room, dining space, and kitchen. The entire unit can accommodate eight guests.
The living space features a high-end leather sofa, a wooden coffee table, a wall-mounted smart TV, and local paintings and artwork that reflect the laid-back coastal lifestyle in El Coco. The living room is situated next to a sliding glass door that opens onto a balcony. The balcony is furnished with a dining set for four and offers sweeping views of the pool and mountains, which are particularly gorgeous at sunset.
The wooden dining table, situated next to the living room, seats six and is positioned under a stylish light fixture crafted from driftwood and glass, which creates a charming coastal ambiance. The kitchen features high-end granite countertops, a breakfast bar with three barstools, modern wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. It also features two windows that invite in plenty of natural light.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large closet, a smart TV, a private ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower, and a private patio that overlooks the lush mountains. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two double beds. Both of the smaller bedrooms have spacious closets and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
As a guest at Pacifico L815, you’ll have access to the property’s renovated outdoor spaces that include four swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, a children’s play area, comfortable lounge chairs, beach towels, and shade umbrellas surrounded by lush greenery.
You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes access to a private gym, a swimming pool, and fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina. A complimentary shuttle service is also included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club.

Pet-friendly policy
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour. Property Manager is committed to protecting our properties and complying with short-term rental regulations, which is why all guests are required to complete an independent verification with our trusted partner, TRUVI, before check-in. You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Failure to complete either step may result in being denied access to the property and forfeiting the rental without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Some construction — and a discount
Please be advised that Pacifico is currently undergoing an expansion involving the construction of new ocean-view condos. Crews will be working 10 days straight, with three days of rest, until completion of the first two buildings in February 2025. Every effort will be made to minimize disruption to guests, but in consideration of this construction project, Special Places is offering a 10% discount on all Pacifico properties until it’s over. This discount is already reflected in the price listed for this unit.
