The beautifully unique set-up and breathtaking views will amaze you already on arrival and this feeling will last for your whole stay. All 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, A/C, TV and safety boxes. The rooms are designed for you to feel comfortable and have some private space whenever you need it. You won’t miss a thing here. Large floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliding doors ensure lots of daylight and a beautiful view over the common areas, pool and nature around.
The enclosed living and kitchen space is situated opposite of the rooms with large sliding glass doors to enjoy the view at any time of the day. The fully equipped kitchen offers all you need to prepare your favourite drinks and meals while socializing over the kitchen island. The beautiful wooden dining table holds enough space for everyone to dine and spend some time together.
The comfortable lounge area offers views over the pool and nature as well as a large TV. the perfect space to enjoy evenings, play some games and just relax.
Another lounge area is situated outside on the edge to nature, just next to the pool. Enjoy it during the day or night time and have a refreshing swim in the pool in between. Sun loungers are also offering a relaxed place to enjoy a good book or daydream. You will find another sitting area in the pool - for the hot days!
Parking is available in front of the villa for medium sized cars.
Our staff will come to the villa daily to clean. They can also prepare fresh breakfast in the villa, please contact our villa host at least one day in advance for rates and to give the staff some time to go shopping. Our villa host will assist you with all requests and questions about the villa, the area or extra services like a private chef for lunch/dinner, scooter/car rental, day trips, taxi, restaurant reservations, laundry, massages and more. Please don’t hesitate to contact him.

Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host’s scope. No generator is available on site.

Vendor Services: To ensure the villa’s equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa, including spa, personal training, decorations, private chefs, yoga, photography, and villa equipment. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000.
Waste Management: Contribute to Bali’s sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa.
Eco-Conscious Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups.
Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali’s tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem.
Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage.
FAQs
Q: What time is the check-in policy?
A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time.
Q: What time is the check-out policy?
A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef’s service?
A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. We offer a variety of menu options prepared by our dedicated private chef, right in your villa. The cost is IDR 160.000 per person, with a minimum order for 5 guests. You can indulge in a floating breakfast for an additional fee of IDR 150.000 per tray.
For lunch and dinner, we offer enhanced services, including set menus, live BBQ cooking, ethnic cuisines, and even fine dining prepared by a Michelin-star chef, all cooked in the villa. Prices for lunch and dinner start at IDR 450.000 per person. Please note that terms and conditions apply for booking.
Additionally, our villa features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you the flexibility to prepare your own meals if you prefer. Whether you choose to dine in or savor a chef’s touch, our team is here to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Q: Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
A: Absolutely! Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. To ensure privacy, please coordinate with your Villa Host or Staff for a convenient cleaning time. Your comfort is our priority.
Q: Can we have extra clean towels?
A: Certainly! We are happy to provide extra towels, subject to availability. Please feel free to reach out to your Villa Host or Staff, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request promptly.
Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 3-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds?
A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 8 guests, with the 7th and 8th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 365.000/night/person, applies. Should you require extra beds, please feel free to let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist in making arrangements for your group’s comfort.
