The apartment is situated in Lagoon Beach, Milnerton, a 7-10 minute
drive to the CBD of Cape Town and the V&A Waterfont in off-peak times.
Lagoon Beach is Cape Town’s best kept secret- a gem of a place for a
wonderful beach lifestyle, with all the convenience of city living. The
node has two hotels which accept outside guests at their restaurants,
bars, swimming pools and spa. There is also a Thai restaurant in the
precinct.
The apartment is in the complex next to the popular Lagoon Beach Hotel,
Cape Town’s only hotel situated on a beach with the world most iconic
view of Table Mountain and the city, and the best kite surfing closest
to the city and the longest walks on soft white beach sand. As well as
a world class 18 hole seaside golf course 5 minutes away.
The complex has its own swimming pool for residents and has direct
access to the beach. It has 24 hour security with access control and
beach perimeter patrols. There is also plenty of visitor parking bays
on the periphery of the complex.
The apartment is beautifully appointed and has battery back-up power
for the TV and Wi-Fi, enjoying the most spectacular view of Table Bay
and Table Mountain, Robben Island and Blouberg to the north. The view
keeps one spell-bound as there is always activity in the Bay, be it
beach go-ers swimming, paddle boarding, or kite surfing past your
window on windier days. Then there is the Wednesday afternoon regatta
for the Cape Town yacht club, which comes sailing past as well as
various ships sailing in and out of the harbour and then there are New
Year’s Eve fireworks in the V&A Waterfront to keep you enthralled.

open plan dining, study and lounge area leading onto a large kitchen
and scullery and a patio area for relaxed lounging and eating. The
