A House by The Sea is located right in front of the popular Beach Camp cottages, near Crescent park and offers respite and enjoyment with every modern convenience (including a Tesla charging station!) you may need for the perfect long or short stay getaway.
Come and experience the relaxation that sets in with the scent of sea air and the ever-present sound of the ocean waves while sitting on the heated wrap around porch. Choose a book from the eccentric selection available and curl up by the stone fireplace with cozy throws and down pillows. After a long walk or run on the beach come back and shower off in our secluded backyard outdoor shower and jump into the hot tub to soothe your muscles. Or on those days that you prefer to stay in take a bubble bath in the vintage claw foot tub. A community fire pit to roast marshmallows and sing campfire songs around will lighten up your evening. Just 5 minute walk from town center and a couple minutes more to the beach.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- A House By The Sea has an occupancy maximum of 6 guests and is a dog free home.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in A House By The Sea. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
