Ithaki, also known as Ithaca, is a Greek island located in the Ionian Sea, off the northeast coast of Kefalonia. Our villa is located at the southern part of the island and is only 6 minutes away from the central bay (Vathi) and near to Kaminia Beach. The area is very quiet as it is surrounded mostly by other villas. The estate that the villa is situated on is 4000m2, it has beautiful nature with gardens, it has a big swimming pool(60m2) that contains a baby pool also, a BBQ and plenty space for parking. The villa is divided in three apartments, the ground floor/the first floor/and the loft.
The 1st floor is 100m2, has a spacious living room with a traditional fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a large private bathroom and a big private balcony with a nice view. It has a bedroom with a double size bed and another one with two twin single beds. It also has direct access to
the pool.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
