This includes the main house, the detached casita, and the fully enclosed courtyard with all its amenities, including the private pool and spa. Please request in advance. * **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance. * **Pool & Spa Heating:** Heating for the pool and spa is an optional service available for an additional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your arrival if you would like to add this service. * **City Requirements:** As required by the City of Palm Springs, all guests must sign a separate rental agreement, provide a copy of a government-issued ID, and list the license plate numbers for all vehicles. This information will be collected securely after your booking is confirmed. * **Cancellation Policy:** We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Our cancellation policy is as follows: * 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. * 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. * No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. * **Our Commitment to Cleanliness:** Your safety is our highest priority.
