Villa A.gave consists of a large and bright living room, with attention to detail, furnished with a comfortable double sofa, armchairs, TV and fireplace. Adjacent, there is a dining room and a small independent but well-equipped kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one of which has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet, while the other has two single beds. A second bathroom with shower completes the interior.
The exteriors will leave guests speechless: a porch with a dining area overlooking the private pool and garden, where guests can eat outdoors, a barbecue area and a sunbathing area with sun loungers.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
