This stunning architecturally designed beach house is located directly across the road from Little Narrabeen Beach/Turimetta Headland. It has beautiful headland views that showcase magnificent sunsets, is presented beautifully and boasts a beautiful refreshing pool and spa.
The Retreat is a wonderfully, thought out, three level home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and two lounge areas. On the top level you will find the open plan modern kitchen providing beautiful ocean views with a large living and dining area with front and rear decks facing North and West capturing the beautiful coastal sea breezes. There is a second lounge room on the ground floor opening up to the beautiful private landscaped gardens, pool area with a spa.
Turimetta Beach Retreat has four large bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. The main bathroom is a feature in itself and contains a freestanding bath. There is a large second lounge room downstairs that leads out to the private pool, spa and bbq area. Covered outdoor areas both downstairs and upstairs provide flexibility for sitting and enjoying each perspective this beautiful house has to offer.
Bedroom configuration:
Main Bedroom: King size bed, block out and sheer curtains, ensuite, walk in robe and TV with Foxtel/Netflix. It faces North West allowing you to enjoy the morning sun.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Built in robe. South West facing enjoying afternoon sun
Bedroom 3: King bed, block out and sheer curtains, with built in robe.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed. North West facing enjoys afternoon sun
This property is located on one of the key walking tracks that links most of the Northern Beaches together. You can choose which way to walk to discover some of the best beaches the Northern Beaches have on offer.
The closest beach is Turimetta also known as Little Narrabeen beach situated directly across the road, a 100m walk. This beach is a beautiful hidden gem that appeals to many due to its seclusion and lack of crowds.
The closest patrolled beach is the world famous and iconic North Narrabeen Beach which offers fantastic conditions and well renowned breaks for surfing. There is also a lakes entrance (Narrabeen Lake) perfect for those who prefer paddle boarding, fishing and boat hire which is available daily.
Public transport is within walking distance from the property, as are a selection of quality local cafes, restaurants and shopping centres.

There is a separate dwelling on the property. This dwelling has been built with privacy in mind and does not interfere with the main home or share any spaces except the front gate entrance to the property from the street.
