Guests can access the covered balcony from the dining area, where they will find a grill and a large hot tub. The upper level is home to 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a dedicated office space with a view of the chairlift, and a private bathroom with a deep soaking tub and shower. Steps away are 2 guest bedrooms, both with queen beds and access to a full bathroom. The third guest bedroom is located on the lower level. It has custom built-in queen-over-queen bunks, providing sleeping quarters for 8—perfect for the kids—and a private full bathroom. Down the hall is the laundry room. Guests shall not have parties or events at the home, which include but are not limited to bachelor & bachelorette parties, golf parties, and weddings. *Check-in on 12/25 is not available. * Ski-in /Ski-Out generally during Peak winter season - late Dec- mid-Feb – weather permitting. The definition means that you are within a 5-minute walk to the nearest run or lift and do not need to drive. *Pets are allowed with prior approval, pet fee, and the full expectation that the pets are trained and that guests will clean up after them—both inside and outside—and that they are not allowed on beds or other furniture. Dogs must be crated when guests are not home. A pet agreement is required and must be signed and returned prior to arrival. The pet fee is $200 per dog (maximum of 2 dogs), and an additional $100 cleaning fee that will be charged at the time of booking.
