Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly request that you take note of the following guidelines:
  • • A valid government-issued ID may be required.
  • • Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time, and the actual number of guests, including children, must be accurately reflected in the booking.
  • • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
  • • Rubbish collection takes place on Tuesday nights, so please pull the bins out to the natural strip kerbside with the lid closed. * Please place bins 50 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
  • • Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out, and turn off the A/C and lights to conserve energy.
  • • Please keep the house key safe and secure, as charges will apply for lost keys.
  • • Strictly no loud music or noise permitted. Please respect our noise curfew by keeping noise levels down between 9:30 pm and 8:00 am. Loud music or noise is strictly prohibited, and parties or events are not allowed. If we found any house rules are broken by the guests, host will have the rights to request guest to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately with penalty fines for any lost or damages causes in the property or the building.
  • • To help us maintain our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, we kindly request that you leave the place in a clean and tidy condition upon check-out. Specifically, please ensure that the oven and kitchen are cleaned after use; failure to do so may result in a $80 fee. In addition to general cleaning charges, any extra cleaning required due to excessive dirt or damage caused during your stay may be deducted from your bond.
  • • Please ensure that all bins inside the house are emptied, and any excess rubbish is taken away with you upon check-out. Please note that a minimum charge of $300 will apply for any rubbish removal required due to excess rubbish being left behind after your stay.
  • • Early check-in may be necessary for some guests, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs subject to availability. However, please note that an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply for any early check-in requests.
  • • There is a 24-hour security camera installed at the front of the house. This camera is in operation at all times.
  • • Please note that bookings made by individuals who do not meet the age requirement of 30 or over cannot book a stay for themselves.
  • By making a booking with us, you agree to read and comply with the rules outlined in this agreement. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property.
