This private and secure brick 2 BRM townhouse offers comfortable light-filled interiors with a renovated contemporary kitchen. Superbly located just a short stroll from buses, Eastland, leafy Nolan Street Park and Mullum Mullum Creek Trail.
This charming property features a split system air conditioning system, an open plan living and dining area overlooks the front garden. The adjacent contemporary kitchen is bright and airy and comes equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils.
This 2 bedroom self-catering unit sleeps up to 4 adults comfortably. If you don’t mind, the 5th and 6th guests can sleep on the sofa.
Bed configurations:
Master Bedroom 1: 1 x queen sized bed.
Bedroom 2: 1 x double bed.
Living Room: 1 x 3-seater sofa with right hand facing chaise.
Note, you’ll have access to entire house except for the garage, as it is exclusively used for the owner storage. Thus, the garage is not available to park in.
• Guests who have no previous reviews, please send a booking request before proceeding with instant booking.
• We may ask for a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s licence or passport, to verify your legal name and other details.
• The actual total number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking. Unregistered guests are not permitted.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property!! Breaking any of the house rules may result in the host requesting you to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately, with penalty fines for any lost or damages caused to the property or building.
• Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Please keep noise levels down after 9:30 pm and before 7.30 am. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent or security bond.
• Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
• We request that guests take responsibility for their trash by sorting it into the correct council bins. This will help keep our community clean and sustainable.
• Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Empty all bins inside the rooms and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
• Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
• Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
• Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
• One parking spot available near the garage, and plenty of off-street parking for free. Please refrain from parking on neighboring driveways or the footpath to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
• A 24-hour security camera is installed at the front of the house, facing the driveway.
• To ensure a mature and responsible environment, we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. This means that someone who is under this age limit cannot book a stay for themselves.
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper rolls, but this may not be sufficient for your entire stay. You may need to purchase additional supplies as needed.
