This private bedroom in a beautifully renovated house sleeps two guests on two twin size beds. Equipped with a digital door knob that gives you peace of mind when it comes to safety and privacy. Utilize the kitchen and living room as shared common areas to make friends, or make your way back up to your room for restful solitude. We’ve got you covered with a workspace as well.

-- Freestanding 5 BR / 3.5 BA 3 story home with its own street entrance. All bedrooms are private with all other rooms/amenities shared between guests including the kitchen, dining room, living room, and all bathrooms.

-- Parking: Free on-street parking
-- Bathrooms (Shared): Two full bathrooms located on second & third floors. Half bathroom located on main level. Includes linens, toiletries, etc.
-- Internet: The speed is 1 Gigabit Verizon Fios connection (highest speed available)
-- Work from home: Desk + chair in bedroom with a power strip (8 outlets, 4 USB ports including USB C charging port) for connecting electronics.
-- Smart TV with a complimentary Netflix account
*Since the kitchen is shared and the owners are vegetarian we would like to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests. We kindly request that you limit your cooking activities to light cooking. Heavy cooking, which involves prolonged or excessive use of heat-generating appliances, is not permitted.
Light cooking includes stovetop to warm up pre-cooked meals, prepare simple sandwiches, wraps, or salads, sautéing vegetables, tofu, boil eggs, prepare breakfast items like cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit.
No deep-frying, grilling or barbecuing, roasting any kind of meats, fish or seafood.
-- Ensure proper ventilation while cooking to minimize odors and smoke. You can open the windows when heating food. Please clean up any spills, grease, or food residue.
-- Please do not open or use any utensils, pots, cutlery, and drinks from the owner’s use only sections.
