In addition to being a boater’s paradise, Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access is 0.4 miles from the condo and the private balcony boasts serene views of Cotton Bayou. Upon entering this coastal condo with an open concept living space and beautiful kitchen, relax in the comfortable living space with two large sofas. The dazzling well-equipped kitchen is stocked with just about everything you’ll need to turn the day’s catch into a culinary feast. The charming dining table seats four comfortably. Natural light streaming in from the private balcony only enhances the space further. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king-size bed. Second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Upstairs in the loft, you will find two queen-size beds. Washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Cotton Bayou is the perfect place for your family to enjoy a relaxing Orange Beach vacation and will leave you wanting to come back year after year. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival and departure dates (must follow the property’s turnover day, if applicable). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Please contact us with your questions or to further assist! *All parties who come to this property are under surveillance so please be sure to abide by the rules & signs on the property so that you can enjoy your vacation.* The Neighborhood: Cotton Bayou Condominiums a short drive to many favorite restaurants, including Louisiana Lagniappe, Fresh Off the Boat and The Gulf. Take the kids over to Sweet Cone Alabama or City Donuts, right down the road. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf and much more. Go check out the world famous Flora-Bama just a quick drive away. Guest Access: There are two designated covered parking spots under building 7 in section H. You do not need a parking pass if you park in the assigned spots. If you park in a guest spot, you will need to use the parking pass left on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it visibly on your vehicle’s dashboard. Boat slips are on a first come, first serve basis (max boat 32’) and proof of insurance and registration must be submitted. The complex will charge $105 per 7-day pass (if a renter is staying longer than a week and wishes to use the boat slips than weeks 2-4 will be discounted to $55.00 per week. If a renter is staying beyond four weeks then they may choose to pay the weekly rate only when they put a boat in the water or they may choose the monthly fee of $210.00 per month. If they choose the monthly fee route than they must pay that fee for every month they are here whether they are using a boat slip or not. Boat launch is also located on the property.
