A large corner unit three bedroom condo has incredible views sweeping into the living space. Relax after a day on the beach in the comfortable living room with flat screen TV. Drink your morning coffee out on the private balcony and listen to the peaceful waves below. The dining area comfortably seats six with additional seating at kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a seafood masterpiece. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The peaceful main bedroom features a king-size bed with its own private balcony to enjoy. The en-suite main bathroom features a brand new walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is perfect to put the kiddoes with a twin-size bed and bunkbed that features a full-size bunk on bottom and twin-size bed up top with pull out twin trundle. The second bathroom is located in the hallway with a walk-in shower.

The Neighborhood:
Phoenix VIII is located in the heart of Orange Beach, very close to Perdido Pass. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, Fresh Off the Boat, and The Gulf. Across the street to Zeke’s Marina and Restaurant or Sweet Cones. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more. Head east towards the famous Flora-Bama Bar & Grill, a short 5 minute drive.
Guest Access:
Welcome to Phoenix VIII #1201! This unit is equipped with an e-lock, so you can check in directly at the unit with a code provided in a separate text/email, the day of arrival. Phoenix VIII does require parking passes. The complex charges $60/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. You will receive an email from VRP Parking to register for parking and payment.
