Wonderful views sweeping into this beautiful open concept living space. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to make a homecooked meal on your next vacation. The dining table comfortably seats six with additional seating for three at kitchen bar. Relax in the comfortable living area with large flat screen TV. Off the living space, enjoy your own private balcony with seating to take in the dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
The peaceful main bedroom features a king-size bed with large flat screen TV. The main bedroom has incredible views coming in from the balcony. The en-suite main bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The "bunkroom" features a double-size bed on bottom and twin-size bed on top, the perfect place for the kiddos.
Beach access walkways with showers/sprayers available for removing sand and salt water as you return from the beach. Onsite vendors provide beach loungers and umbrellas for rent, jet ski rentals, banana boat rides and parasailing.
There is a beach chair/umbrella service for a fee. The company that takes care of this charges onsite and has different packages based on number of dates/nights.
Someone at least 25 must on the reservation and present at check-in.
For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
No parking of trailers, RV’s or watercraft allowed onsite.
***Seawind will be undergoing elevator modernization project from late October 2025 - February 2025. During this period, only one elevator is planned to be operational in the building.
The Neighborhood:
Seawind is located within walking distance to The Hangout, The Pink Pony Pub and next door to Sea N Suds. This is a great location right in the middle of everything Gulf Shores has to offer. You are near the Gulf State Park. Shopping, restaurants and activities are nearby!

Upon arrival, let the guard know you are checking-in.
The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $43/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle’s dashboard.
Seawind does require wristbands to be worn when using the common areas. These are on the counter in the kitchen. There will only be 10. Use these during your stay and place back upon departure.
