Welcome to Gulf View 16! Bring your pet and come enjoy this conveniently located, 2 level condo in Gulf Shores. There is a fully equipped kitchen with room to dine in or take a leisurely walk to one of the near-by restaurants. Sleeping accommodations include 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs, and a half bath downstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room on the first level. The primary bedroom has a balcony with the full bath between the two upstairs bedrooms. The unit has two entrances and two different sets of stairs.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies).
**The duplex is pet friendly for a non-refundable pet fee of $100/pet, plus tax; dogs ONLY and certain restrictions apply (up to 40lb limit, 2 dogs max).
**We welcome your furry family members however there will be a non-refundable $100/pet fee and a $250 fine for any guest who doesn’t dispose of their pet’s waste appropriately**
Gulf View condominiums are located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, on the north side of East Beach Boulevard. Gulf View is within easy walking distance to a number of restaurants and stores, including The Hangout and Gulf Island Grill. Gulf View faces East Beach Boulevard, but a wooden fence has been put up to afford privacy to residents and guests. An outdoor pool with sundeck and picnic area are found at the front of the property. Each unit has assigned covered parking spots and Gulf View residents have deeded beach access. Gulf View is just a half-hour walk away from the Gulf State Park Pier.
Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation to be determined by condo associations. There are no exceptions. No boats, trailers, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. Upon arrival you will be required to register your vehicle using the QR Code displayed on all parking poles throughout the parking lot. You must use a credit card when registering your vehicle on site. Current pricing is $40 per vehicle. VHC does not control HOA association pricing.
