Lovely sea view apartment of about 60sqm with terrace, for 4 people, located on the 2nd floor (NO elevator) of a villa surrounded by greenery. The accommodation is located in the splendid setting of Mondello, a few steps from the main square and just 300 meters from the famous beach of fine white sand and from its crystal clear sea.
The center of Palermo, with all its beauties, is only 10 km away.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with two sofas, single sofa bed (puof), flat screen TV (40 inches), dining table and access to the terrace;
- TERRACE (30 sqm) with table, chairs, armchairs and swing;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with single bed;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the living room and near the bedroom), independent heating, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, insect screens, drying rackand hairdryer.
PLEASE : it is not possible to leave bicycles, other vehicles and/or objects in the garden.
The garden does NOT belong to the apartment and cannot be used.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won’t be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10:00 pm.
For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to:
- EUR 15 from 9.30 pm to 11.00 pm
- EUR 20 from 11 pm to 00:00
- EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30 am.
It is not possible to check in after 01:30, not even for a payment.
Mondello beach is one of the most beautiful and fashionable seaside areas of Palermo, from which it is 10 km away. The bay of fine white sand, lapped by a crystalline sea, is nestled between Monte Pellegrino and Monte Gallo and extends for approximately 1.5 km in a wonderful natural landscape. If during the winter months it is possible to enjoy the calm and serenity that the place offers, during the summer months Mondello is populated with holidaymakers and tourists who want to relax on its splendid Caribbean beach, without giving up the comforts offered by the numerous seaside resorts.
The very well-kept and refined seafront overlooked by several Art Nouveau houses offers the opportunity to take a relaxing walk, admiring the sea and the landscape.
- Beach: 4 minutes on foot;
- Palermo centre: 15 minutes by car (10 km) / 30 minutes by public transport.
The best way to reach the accommodation and visit the surroundings is by car. It is possible to a car at Palermo Airport.
FREE STREET PARKING FROM OCT 1st TO MAY 30th (parking within the blue lines too). Parking within the blue lines is subject to payment of an hourly fee from JUN 1st TO SEPT 30th.
