As a property management company, this is part of our standard procedure. The amount of the deposit appears during payment on Property Manager before confirmation of your booking. 🏢 Who are we? It is the responsibility of the guests to replenish supplies during their stay if necessary. Hot water is stored in a tank that can empty if there is high consumption. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity. 🔹 We kindly request that you avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it. This is an integral part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration. ⚡ ELECTRICAL SYSTEM In the UK, the electrical network is limited; if too many appliances (such as a hairdryer and a microwave) are used simultaneously, the circuit breaker may trip.
