- NOTE: This single-story home features an on-site ramp that allows for step-free access. While stairs are required to access the lake via the patio, there is an alternative route down a small path on the side of the property through the front door that does not require any steps
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the tree in front of the property facing the front door and shed, camera 2 is under the front porch facing the front outdoor entry, camera 3 is on the back patio facing the back outdoor entry, camera 4 is on the back of the house facing the backyard, camera 5 is on the dock structure facing the dock, and camera 6 is located on a tree in the backyard facing the generator. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- NOTE: Our home features a beautiful lake view. The lake is naturally fed by the Trinity River, so its water levels can vary depending on the weather. If there’s heavy rain, the water may rise, and during dry periods, it may lower. This is a natural occurrence beyond the control of the homeowner
- NOTE: The lake is perfect for recreational activities like fishing, kayaking, and paddle boating. However, our property is not equipped to handle large boats. If you plan to bring your own, please refer to the map and guidelines in the guestbook provided for safe navigation
