As a property management company, this is part of our standard procedure. The amount of the deposit appears during payment on OTA before confirmation of your booking. 🏢 Who are we? We have offices in each region and our local team is at your disposal to assist you throughout your stay. 🧴 Provided Articles Each accommodation includes essential products (toiletries, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products) for the first 1 to 2 days. It is the responsibility of the guests to replenish supplies during their stay if necessary. Equipped with barriers at the top and bottom, for the safety of the youngest. 🛁 BATHROOMS AND TOILETS The apartment has a bathtub, ideal for young children. Separate toilet - with a hand basin and a washer-dryer in the same room. 🎿 SKI ROOM The accommodation has a garage where you can store your ski equipment. 🐾 PETS Domestic animals are NOT permitted on this property. 🚭 NO SMOKING This apartment is non-smoking. It is only permitted to smoke outside. 🚗 PARKING The apartment has an internal parking space. Space: #7. 🍽️ KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with all the basic equipment you need for cooking. ☕ COFFEE MACHINE A capsule coffee machine "SENSEO" is at your disposal. 🛋️ LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM The living room and dining room are in the same place. 💧 WATER HEATER – READ CAREFULLY In France, the operation of water heaters is different from that of many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank that can empty if there is high consumption. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity. 🔹 We kindly request that you avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it. This is an integral part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration. ⚡ ELECTRICAL SYSTEM In the UK, the electrical network is limited; if too many appliances (such as a hairdryer and a microwave) are used simultaneously, the circuit breaker may trip. In this case, it will need to be manually reset at the electrical panel. 🔌 Please avoid using multiple devices simultaneously: this system, very common in French households, aims to reduce energy consumption. We ask you to use only what you need. ***GARDEN*** The apartment has a small garden of 40M2. Equipped with a table, 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds, a parasol – ideal for lunch and dinner or taking a little nap with a view of Mont Blanc. The apartment is ideally located, quiet while being close to the centre of Chamonix and very close to the Bois du Bouchet. Many walks can be done starting on foot from the residence, a luxury!
