Watercourse Villa I is a 3 bedroom + den, 3.5 bath single family home in Talis Park, one of Naples? most coveted golf club communities. Exquisitely designed in a coastal transitional style, the home served as the model for the community and has the calming feel of a luxury resort, inviting relaxation! An open living, dining and kitchen area offers views out to the west-facing private pool and spa overlooking the lake. The covered lanai has a built-in outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a pathway leads over to a private outdoor space outside the master bedroom. The ground floor master also features his and hers closets and a large marble bathroom with a free standing tub and glass walkout shower. An entry foyer, spacious den/study, laundry room, and a garage complete the ground floor living space. Upstairs, you will find another landing study area and two guest bedrooms, both with en suite baths. The home is turnkey furnished with high end appliances, kitchenwares and linens to provide a 5-star living experience! About Talis Park: NOTE - The golf course is closed for remodeling all of 2023 winter-spring season. While the club may be centered around the renowned golf course designed by Greg Norman and Pete Dye, (ranked as one of the top 20 courses in Florida!), Talis Park is much more than just a golfer?s paradise! The vibrant and high energy community also features a state of the art fitness center, lawn and racquet club, spa, and social facilities, including 3 restaurants. As a lessee, you have the option to transfer the owners? club & golf membership (a one-time transfer fee of $1,200 will apply). Located in North Naples, Talis Park is a short drive to local beaches at Delnor Wiggins state park and Vanderbilt, the bustling Mercato shopping and dining center and many shopping plazas for everyday necessities. Downtown Naples (5th Ave & Tin City) is 17 miles to the south and Ft. Myers Beach is 18 miles to the north. Booking Details: -Minimum rental term is 1 month, per HOA rules. During peak season January-April, a 2 month minimum rental is required and may be either January-February or March-April. February-March 2 month rentals will not be accepted. 3+ month rentals are welcome. -All rentals of this property require approval by the Talis Park HOA. Application forms will be provided upon booking via email. -Dates are not confirmed until we review and approve your rental term. -The owners’ full golf membership is transferable for a 1 time fee of $1,200. -The 2-car garage offers parking for 1 vehicle and storage for beach gear. There is 1 owner vehicle occupying the other half.
