Also walking distance, find an abundance of shops and restaurants at Marco Walk Plaza less than a mile to the north. Right on property, you have access to tennis courts, a swimming pool and hot tub, and beach access from the Sea Winds building. For your convenience, the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer in-unit, beach gear including plush towels, beach chairs and umbrella, a beach cart, and a cooler, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, high speed WiFi, Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms with cable service and hotel style linen service including all white bedding and towels. *Note, there is parking for up to 2 vehicles per unit available in the lot, however the building management charges for parking passes - it is $50 for up to a 1 year pass, per vehicle.
