The stately Key West style home sits amidst lush landscaping on one of the prettiest tree-lined avenues in town, just a third of a mile from the tropical beach access path. Approach the home from the circular driveway and enter across the the covered front porch, complete with rocking chairs - a quiet place to enjoy the gentle gulf breezes! The main floor has an open white marble kitchen, dining area that seats 8-10 with table leaves in, living room, home office with an adjacent full bathroom, and the master suite (worth noting - this whole floor is handicap accessible from the garage!). Upstairs, find 4 guest bedrooms and 2 shared guest bathrooms. From the kitchen, a hallway leads toward the back of the house, providing access to the 3-car garage and stairway up the private guest suite. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
