Approach the home from the circular driveway and enter across the the covered front porch, complete with rocking chairs - a quiet place to enjoy the gentle gulf breezes! The main floor has an open white marble kitchen, dining area that seats 8-10 with table leaves in, living room, home office with an adjacent full bathroom, and the master suite (worth noting - this whole floor is handicap accessible from the garage!). Upstairs, find 4 guest bedrooms and 2 shared guest bathrooms. From the kitchen, a hallway leads toward the back of the house, providing access to the 3-car garage and stairway up the private guest suite. The guest suite has a king size bed, TV, kitchenette and private bathroom plus a bonus sleeping area with a twin size daybed accessible via a closable door - a perfect setup for a small family to share! Across all of these bedrooms, the house can comfortably sleep 12-14 people. At the center of the property is the heated swimming pool and deck with 6 chaise lounges, a beautiful pool bathroom and enclosed outdoor shower. A covered back porch off of the living room and kitchen accommodates an outdoor dining table that seats 8 and an outdoor living room complete with a porch swing. A small grass yard with a fire-pit and a gas grill are located at the back of the lot, checking the last couple boxes on the list of amenities that make for a perfect beach escape! This home is decorated in a timeless and classic Florida beach cottage style with artful marble and mosaic tile appointed bathrooms, historic 12? tin ceilings and detailed shiplap woodwork on the walls. A coveted location, charming detail and calming vibes beckon at Neapolitan Sky! BOOKING DETAILS: During peak season from January through April, even month bookings may be required (first day of month to last day of month). PET-FRIENDLY STAY: We know pets are part of the family, and your furry friend is welcome here! This home allows one well-mannered dog (up to 45 lbs.) with prior approval. Please share your pup’s age, size, and breed at the time of booking. A $25/night pet fee and $100 cleaning surcharge apply.
