It is hard not to be on "island time" at Bahama Hideaway! Tucked in a convenient central Marco Island location, this finely appointed home is decked out with beautiful tropical decor and is complete with a private screened lanai, heated swimming pool and covered outdoor living and dining areas for enjoying the balmy gulf breezes. Inside the house, find wood and tile floors throughout, an open kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar, two living areas, a den/office (open to the living room, but enclosable with french doors), a dining area overlooking the pool and three bedrooms, each with their own bath. The master bath is ensuite with both a soaking tub and separate shower. The hall bath serves one of the queen guest bedrooms and the third bathroom is ensuite to the second guest bedroom, but also accessible from the pool area to serve as a pool bath. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
